Job Title: Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry
Supervisor: Lead Pastor
FLSA Status: non-exempt, part-time, 30 hours per week

Christ Lutheran Church is seeking an enthusiastic servant leader to join our staff as the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. This part-time position will play a pivotal role, both as a leader and an example, in nurturing the faith development and spiritual growth of our youth and young adults, fostering a strong sense of community, and working collaboratively with other church leaders to support the overall mission and vision of the church.
